The Neptune tubes

Polypropylene (PP)

Suitable for neutral, aggressive and non-flammable liquids. Used specifically for pumping aggressive chemicals such as acids, alkalis or detergents.
Driveshaft: 316 Stainless Steel or Hastelloy 2.4610.
Maximum temperature: 50°C.

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF)

Particularly suitable for highly aggressive liquids such as acids and concentrated bases.
Driveshaft: Hastelloy 2.4610.
Maximum temperature: 90°C.

Aluminum (Alu)

Suitable for neutral and non-flammable liquids. Ideal for mineral oil products with a maximum viscosity of 1,000 mPas.
Driveshaft: 316 Stainless Steel.
Maximum temperature: 90°C.

316 Ti Stainless Steel

Used for all neutral, slightly aggressive liquids such as diluted acids, alkalines or detergents and thin fluid foods.
Driveshaft: 316 Stainless Steel.
Maximum temperature: 90°C.

Polypropylene barrel adapter

(PP and PVDF pump tube) fix the barrel pump in the cap hole of a drum, pump tube diameter 41 mm, G 2".

For secure attachment of the drum pump in the drum cap hole, pump tube diameter 41 mm, G 2”.

Emissions-proof drum adapter

For pump hose with 41 mm diameter.
FKM seals prevent the emission of harmful gases and vapors from the drum. The vacuum in the drum is equalized by a valve.
Made of polypropylene, brass, 316 stainless steel.

Bounding ground set

Set consisting of 4 cables with connection clamps.
These ground wires with connection clamps are absolutely necessary when pumping flammable substances or for use in hazardous areas.
This set can be used as a conductive electrical connection between the drum pump and the container for grounding and balancing energy resources.
